Refund Policy

1. Policy Duration
Customers have a period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt to initiate a return request.

2. Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return and refund, items must be:

  • In their original, unused, and unworn condition.

  • Packaged in the original manufacturer's packaging with all tags attached.

  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, invoice, or order number).

Important Exception: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened bottles of essential oils are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

3. Initiation of Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns received without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-Initiated Returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for returns not due to an error on our part (e.g., change of mind, size exchange).

  • Company-Error Returns: If the return is a result of our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item shipped), return shipping costs will be reimbursed upon verification of the issue. Please contact us to verify the problem prior to shipping.

Upon acceptance of your return, a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions will be provided if applicable.

5. Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If items are defective, damaged, or if you received an incorrect item, contact us promptly at [email protected]. We will evaluate the situation and resolve it accordingly.

6. Exchanges
To facilitate an exchange, we recommend returning the original item for a refund. Once the return is processed, you may place a new order for the desired item.

7. European Union Right of Withdrawal
Notwithstanding other policy clauses, customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. The standard eligibility conditions (unused, original packaging, proof of purchase) still apply.

8. Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to the original method of payment within 10 (ten) business days. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
